Not exactly. Fedora does not ship apt. You'll not find it installed by the Speakup Modified. However, it is available, should you prefer to use it. The preferred package manager on Fedora is yum. But I can use them both right? So for example if I want to use apt to get speech-dispatcher I can but I should use yum as described in your wonderful how to install to update the distro.=20 Also does it include emacs and emacspeak.
