I never said it was called redhat fadora. Emacspeak already configured
meaning...and again this is what I have heard, that emacspeak will work
out of the box so to speak and no extra configuration would be required.
Obviously customizations would be needed for different people, but I
heard that it came with emacspeak already working and everything. Also,
festival already included and setup might be a better description.

RH has shipped Festival for a very long time. Nothing new there.

What do you mean "emacspeak already configured?" Care to explain?

Yes, gnopernicus is part of gnome 2.4, therefore included.

PS: It's not called Red Hat any longer.
