Hello all:

After typing, text = speakup_synth=3Dtxprt at the boot=20 prompt, as was suggested, nothing happened.
I then type the alternative, text=20 speakup_synth=3Dtxprt speakup_ser=3D0, again nothing=20 happened.
I didn't have my distribution in my CD = drive=20 because I wanted to get an output from the Transport first.  A = kind of=20 dipping my foot in the water sanaireo.     =
Is it absolutely necessary to have my = distribution=20 in the CD drive in this case?
Would the fact that I'm currently using = Win 95's=20 dos present a problem?
Should the Transport = Operating System (Tos) be=20 installed?
In order to do that, I'll have to = create a dos boot=20 disk, boot from that, switch to the Tos disk, type tos at the prompt, to = install=20 the Tos program.  Then I'll have to switch to the Redhat 7.0 txprt = boot=20 disk.
The reason for all of these proposed = steps is=20 because Tos won't run on 95.

Some one please clarify this up for me: =

Best regards to all:
Michael
