With an exception of N V D A, only paying commercial screen-readers have had lots of features-and-really good phone support. Currently JAWS as well as VoiceOver have well-staffed ways of receiving phone support. But God4bid if you need Speakup help, especially since the late Bill Acker is gone. Chime
