You should answer "yes" to this question: Include IDE/ATAPI FLOPPY support (new)' CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDEFLOPPY I do not think this can be compiled as a module. Then, note that Iomega partitions a zip disk with only one partition, but it's partition number four. You can mount it like this: mount -tmsdos /dev/hdb4 /mnt/zip However, to take advantage of the long filename support introduced with Windows 95, you can use the "vfat" filesystem instead: mount -tvfat /dev/hdb4 /mnt/zip - Jim Van Zandt >Date: Sat, 20 Jun 1998 16:30:21 -0400 (EDT) >From: Luke Davis >X-Sender: ldavis@unix01 >Reply-To: Luke Davis >Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII >Resent-From: blinux-list@redhat.com >X-Mailing-List: archive/latest/109 >X-Loop: blinux-list@redhat.com >Precedence: list >Resent-Sender: blinux-list-request@redhat.com > >Houdy! > >First of all: does anyone know how to mount an IOMEGA IDE zip drive?
