is there any accessible pdf viewer on Linux which can be used wiht Orca 
screen reader?

Ubuntu Mate Desktop seems to have Atril Document Viewer.  If you press 
F7 to turn on caret browsing it seems to be usable with some PDF files.
I have not used it extensively.  You can also press control-a to select 
the entire document and paste it into an Editor.

The best PDF experiance I know about currently is if you run Orca master
with the latest snapshot of chromium or Chrome. The builtin PDF reader of
Chromium is very nice, it places every page under a different landmark so
you can navigate between them with m and shift+m. It even support a few PDF
tags by converting them to their HTML equivalents, headings for example.

We use the firefox buildin PDF viewer. Sadly the desktop document viewer are not the best choice accessibility wise. Attil and evince works a sort of, but are not the best IMO.

Orca master usually refers to the latest commits to the master branch of Orca’s Gitlab repository.

Hi, Orca master refers to the very latest version from Orca’s git source
code repository. Some people use it directly for the latest functionality,
but note that it is absolutely bleading edge, so things might get unstable
from time to time. I believe some Chromium code is already in the latest
official releases of Orca, and the accessibility of Chrome itself is also
starting to trickle down to official Chrome releases. So if you just want
it for the PDF support, you might get it in a few months by general
updates.

If you have Chrome 80 or later, you might already get it to work by
launching chrome in the run box like so:

chrome --force-renderer-accessibility

I'm unfortunately not currently in a position to check which official
release of Orca contains the chrome support.

If you want to go the Orca master route, there are instructions for running
Orca master and the latest Chrome on Orca's wiki page.
You can of corce also ask here or on the Orca mailing list for help.

Orca is the stable version, orca-master is the bleeding edge version.
