Your best bet is to contact the Israeli Linux group: they have a
mailing list to which this mail is cc:ed and to which you can subscribe
by sending mail to
majordomo@linux.org.il
with
subscribe linux-il <your_email_address>
in the body of the message.
Although a recent Linux Installation Party just took place last
week, the folks at Linux-il will certainly help you.
Otherwise, http://www.linux.org.il should have plenty of information
for you. And yes! the site is Lynx-friendly
