Those first 2 links endup at a ROKU site with just 4 links, including that dredded google tag manager and a javascript warning, so from what I've seen, unless I look on 3rd party sites, I cannot even find an adequate channel list on an actual ROKU site. Also, there seems no specific guide written for blind consumers. O-and-reason I wanted to try CNN is to watch CNN International, also grab some archived shows to a Book Port, but like many of these channels, an activation page is quite a challenge. Chime
