I would love to have such a program; I don't keep my dOS one up like I should, but might do better if I had a linux one (well, one can dream!) I would want it to be able to take in all my transactions (deposits, checks, atm's, finance charges, tetc.), calculate my balances as I enter new data, allow me to have various expenditures in categories and calculate (for instance, how much I spent on medical or groceries during a given time period). I have several accounts, so if possible, I would like to be able to use the program to track all of my accounts without having to set up another copy of the program in another home directory or something. This is on the fly, so I may be leaving things out that I would like, but it should give you some idea. -- Cheryl
