Hi, John:
The Redhat installation scripts support an option for upgrading. In other
words, when you launch the Redhat installation, you eventually come to a
screen that requires you to select among half a dozen choices for the type
of installation you want to perform. One of the options on that list is
"Upgrade an Existing Installation." Other options are Workstation, Server,
Laptop, and Custom.
OK, so that isn't 6! <grin>
