It's hard to advise you when you only hint at what you use to access
computer interfaces. You mention braille. Well and good. You will not
install using braille, because you will not have brltty running, at least
not with the installation disks you get from Redhat.
If you can also use speech, get the speakup enabled Redhat 7.2 iso images
from ftp://www.linux-speakup.org/pub/speakup/disks/redhat/7.2/
