Hello,
You could start to make lynx more friendly by
setting the show_cursor option either in the configuration file or
on the command line.
You can also set the option
links_are_numbered sothat a link is shown like [1] first link
[2] second link etc.
I am using speech not braille, but this might help.
regards, Willem

I don't know that you'll like this solution, but those of us who
use speech primarily often use the numbering feature for links
and form fields.

if you select a link in lynx, the page will eb blanked and the new page
will be read from the net.
Okay, the old page may remain on screen for some time ;)
Do set the show_cursor directive in your lynx.config file, this will put
the cursor at the start of the link you are at.
Also set usermdoe to advanced.
This wil print the url of the link youa re at at the bottom of the screen
instead of the help-mode
you need not to rely on helpmode on your screen anymore, but that's obvious
Hope this helps a bit

BRLTTY has a command which enables you to ask what the colour of a charactger
is. So far, it's only availalbe on the Alva, BrailleLite, BrailleNote,
HandyTech, Papenmeier, and TSI displays. It could easily be added to another
display, though, if you have one in mind and would be willing to help us test
it.
