Okay, it shall be added.

You only see it if sound is on. The menu has become rather large so it now only
shows minor settings when their controlling major setting is on. If "sound" is
on, you'll see "tune device". Furhtermore, if "tune device" is "midi", then
you'll see "midi instrument".
