Making a web interface to your list archives is dependent on a lot of
things, first and foremost, does the software you're using support it.
And, second, how much trouble is it to make it behave the way you want.
I'm using the free version of listserv on my machine for a couple lists
and tulp for the ones that require payment.  Listserv has a webv
interface, tulp doesn't.  If you want to see what it looks like, check out

It's actually not a bad design. :)
