But there's only one distribution that comes with a speakup kernel as a part of the standard distribution and that is Slackware. However you can download the iso images from the speakup site and make your own CD's which will talk. You'll have to ask a Redhat user about the installation procedures although, I know that there's a good guide on the speakup site.
