Thank you for the help.
I forgot to mention in the previous mail that before running the
Xconfigurator, all the data was collected and I used the settings
accordingly. Same situation for the monitor. Luckily, my friend was smart
enough to keep all the docs shipped with his original machine.
I would love to run Xconfigurator again. The only problem is that he is not
running a speech install and nothing is coming up on the screen. I think
I'll probably have to reinstall. It might just be worthwhile to spend the
time to do the installation again.
I'l do some reading on the net.
