Some people use it directly for the latest functionality, but note that it is absolutely bleading edge, so things might get unstable from time to time. I believe some Chromium code is already in the latest official releases of Orca, and the accessibility of Chrome itself is also starting to trickle down to official Chrome releases. So if you just want it for the PDF support, you might get it in a few months by general updates. If you have Chrome 80 or later, you might already get it to work by launching chrome in the run box like so: chrome --force-renderer-accessibility I'm unfortunately not currently in a position to check which official release of Orca contains the chrome support. If you want to go the Orca master route, there are instructions for running Orca master and the latest Chrome on Orca's wiki page. You can of corce also ask here or on the Orca mailing list for help.
