Hi.
I've got a problem with espeakup
I've installed it in debian.
Now I get an error code 5 every time I try to install or remove a package.
can you help me with this thing?
I don't want to reinstall the computer.

Could you try to install this package:
https://people.debian.org/~sthibault/tmp/stretch-staging/espeakup_0.80-5+deb9u3_amd64.deb
which should fix the known issue with the current package.

Hi.
I get a message saying that it is not a debian archive.

quoting this file:
https://people.debian.org/~sthibault/tmp/stretch-staging/README.txt
To use this repository, you need to add this to your sources.list:
deb http://people.debian.org/~sthibault/tmp/stretch-staging ./
and run
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyring.debian.org 900CB024B67931D40F82304BD0178C767D069EE6
This repo is not registered by default among Debian sources,
it is provided by Samuel to just quickly fix the current issues
(in this case with espeakup).

Did you run
wget https://people.debian.org/~sthibault/tmp/stretch-staging/espeakup_0.80-5+deb9u3_amd64.deb
dpkg -i espeakup_0.80-5+deb9u3_amd64.deb
?
