Sadly, I'm pretty ignorant of Arch and its derivatives, and perhaps you think Debian is too close to Ubuntu with Ubuntu being a Debian derivative, but if you're willing to go a bit further abroad, the Slackware-based Slint boasts excellent out of the box blind accessibility, though I haven't tried it myself.
