listen-up in the speakup CVS repository can do this.
$ cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@bumpy.braille.uwo.ca:/usr/src/CVS login
$ cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@bumpy.braille.uwo.ca:/usr/src/CVS checkout listen-up
