Also, there is a shell called "yash" which handles tab-complete a bit differently. Instead of playing a beep-and-showing all matching choices, YASH will just show 1 at a time. I think each tab will show the next one or maybe arrow down. Since I am in TCSH, I usually have fine luck with tab-complete. Chime
