"Ralf W. Stephan" <ralf@ark.franken.de> in ears-list:

ears-0.28 is on sunsite now. Yet another bugfix release, and
we now use STL strings consistently (that's a major change).

>>From CHANGES:

- bug in modules/Makefile: OSS_PATH was not included
- don't use strstream in ears/messages.cc, still seems too buggy
- STL: use class string directly, with a few additions in others/mystring.*
  code size increase (probably from inlining?): about 20k
- libg++-2.7.2 was not recognized by util/makesysdefs

  Ears is something like 'Easy Automatic Recognition of Speech...'
  The EARS package is intended as a limited ready-to-use single
  wordrecognizer for Linux systems. However, its design already aims at
  being a host for all kinds of methods used in speech recognition (SR).

Enjoy!
Hans
