I suggest doing the chell script "/etc/emacspeak.conf".  This script
sets up the environment for Emacspeak.  It is run whenever you start
with the "emacspeak" command (this is actually a shell script, too).
If you prefer, you can put the lines that would be in "emacspeak.conf"
into a file like "/etc/profile".  This way, they'll get executed
per-login.  Because I like to swap synth's without logging out, I use
the "emacspeak.conf".  Also, it keeps a little clutter out of
"/etc/profile".
