Hi,

The Slackware dist in one zip, is a linux to install on top of a msdos
partition , using umsdos filesystem, so less performance is the result.

Succes,

Marc.

possibly, but I do not really have the extra space to create another
partition at the moment.

Hello all

I'm wondering what distribution of linux to get. Redhat, slackware,
debian, etc. Does anyone know the advantages and disadvantages of each
distribution? I'm thinking of installing slackware because I can get it in
one single zip file.

Also, can anyone list any good screen readers for linux? I mean at the
command prompt level not emacspeak or anything like that. I've heard of
screader and I wonder if its a good one. I've heard some good things about
screader.
