Hi John,

What is "visually appealing"?  When someone tells you that, ask for
specifics.  What characteristics, specifically, would cause more orders to
be placed?  Unfortunately, they do make a good point; most sighties are
extremely shallow.  On the other hand, you provide products and services for
blind people, so the "visually appealing" factor should certainly not
apply...  :-)
