Hello, my name is Reinhard Stebner. I am wanting to install Linux for the
first time on a pent 75 with 48 meg ram, cd rom drive, Ethernet card with
floppy.

What is the best version of Linux to use? How do I install it when being
totally blind? Where can one get a copy? finally ow to I get the screen
reader that will talk through the boot up of Linux. Thank you for any help

The following has been taken from the Spirit of Aggieland
Some may boast of prowess bold

but there's a spirit can ne'er be told.
It's the spirit of Aggieland.

Will Mandrake work with the screen reader for Linux? Where can I get a
screen reader for Linux?

Thank you for any help you are able to give.

Mandrake is based on Redhat, pretty easy to use. You can download it if you
have a fast connection or get a cd from a software house or something. To
get it installed, normally it is an autoboot cd. Put in the cd and boot up
your computer, and follow the instructions from there onwards.
