Hi!
Does the modified version of Redhat Linux with speakup allow the use of
Emacspeak?
What I mean is could I use either Speakup or Emacspeak with it so if I want
to, I could change between the screenreaders?

Absolutely. You can use whatever you want, Emacspeak, Speakup,
Yasr, brltty, etc. We practice inclusion, not exclusion.
